We are a boutique consultancy with over 30 years' experience in advising clients regarding privacy and information security, with an increasing focus on cyber security.Privacy has during this period become more and more crucial for all businesses, starting with DPA84 through DPA98 and finally to GDPR and the UK implemented Data Protection Act 2018. Globally the legislation has followed the lead set by the EU, and we now see this in the USA, Brazil, South Africa and the countries with EU adequacy findings. Information security has in the same period had a similar trajectory, with increased compliance and regulatory attention. Cyber security is now fundamental for all businesses, and regularly we hear about companies suffering security breaches and ransomware attacks.
